When you call, text, or submit the contact form on this site, we collect the information you give us - your name, phone number, email address, the location of your RV, and a description of the problem you need fixed. We collect this because we cannot dispatch a mobile technician without it.
Calls placed to the number shown on this site are routed through a call-tracking service. That service records the calling number, the date and time, the call duration, and in some cases an audio recording used for quality and training. If you would prefer not to be recorded, tell the technician at the start of the call or reach us by email instead.
This site uses standard web analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. That data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. Your browser can block or delete cookies at any time without breaking anything on this site.
We use it to schedule and perform the repair, to send you an estimate or invoice, to follow up about the work, and to keep the service records that warranty claims sometimes require. That is the whole list.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not trade it to lead brokers or marketing lists. The only third parties who ever see it are the ones we need to run the business - our call-tracking provider, our scheduling and invoicing software, and our payment processor - and each of them only receives what that specific job requires.
Service records are kept for seven years, which is what Florida tax and warranty practice calls for. Contact-form submissions that never turn into a job are deleted after twenty-four months. Call recordings are kept for twelve months.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will do it within thirty days unless a tax or warranty rule requires us to keep a specific record. Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts. Ask the technician to remove you from follow-ups and we will.
Job records live in password-protected systems. We do not store full card numbers - payments run through a processor that handles the card data directly and never passes it back to us.
This site is for adults arranging RV repair. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be noted here rather than made quietly.
