Port St. Lucie RV Repair is a mobile RV repair service operating on the Treasure Coast of Florida. We travel to your RV - at a campground, an RV park, a storage lot, a repair yard, or your own driveway. Using this website means you accept the terms on this page.
Any price quoted before a technician has physically inspected the RV is an estimate, not a fixed bid. RV faults regularly turn out to be different from what the symptoms suggested, particularly with water damage, wiring, and slide-out mechanisms. If the real scope is larger than the estimate, we stop and get your approval before continuing. You will not be billed for work you did not authorize.
Prices shown anywhere on this site are national-average figures for planning only and are not a quote for your specific job. Your actual price depends on the RV, the parts, the fault, and the travel distance.
You are responsible for making sure the technician can physically reach the RV and, where the RV is on someone else's property, that we are permitted to be there. If we arrive and cannot access the unit, a trip charge applies.
Payment is due when the work is finished unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We take cards and cash. Returned payments carry the fee our bank charges us.
Our labor is warranted for 90 days from the date of service. Parts carry whatever warranty the manufacturer provides and nothing more, because we cannot warrant a component we did not build. The labor warranty does not cover a new fault, damage from an accident or storm, damage from continuing to run the RV after a fault appeared, or work another party performed after ours.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage we did not cause, for the consequences of deferred maintenance, or for indirect losses such as a cancelled trip or lost campground fees. Our total liability for any job is limited to what you paid us for that job.
We will tell you plainly when a repair is beyond mobile service and needs a shop with a lift, a paint booth, or a frame rack. Turning down work we cannot do properly is part of the service.
Emergency and after-hours calls are dispatched as fast as we can get a technician to you, but we do not guarantee an arrival time. Weather, traffic, distance, and the job in front of yours all affect it.
